Here’s a fun case study from Brooks Running that demonstrates the ability to capitalize on brand buzz and respond in real-time through social. While it may not have reached the scale of Oreo's legendary Superbowl blackout moment, I believe this example is a testament to my team's strategic thinking and resourcefulness.
